During a Homestay, the Host provides their Guest with all their basic needs, including their own room, food and in return, the Guest pays a weekly fee. Late check-out untill 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate. |

If cancelled or modified after 4 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged. |
| Child & Baby-cot: | Free! 1 child(ren) under 7 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Free! 1 child(ren) under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby-cot. Child (age of 7 - 12) will be charged US$ 11 /child for an extra breakfast. |
